The mission of the Nuclear Clean Air Energy national education initiative is to start the conversation broadly about nuclear energy:
- To tell the clean air story of nuclear energy
- To grow understanding across all citizens of the United States
- To building alliances with others
GOALS
The goals of Entergy Nuclear in leading the Nuclear Clean Air Energy education initiative support the vision and mission:
To generate visibility for the nuclear clean air energy message in these categories:
- Through the national educational outreach efforts
- With student and teacher activities
- Through professional activities—individual and organizational
- In public official interactions
- Through online visibility efforts
To grow the conversation supporting educational efforts:
- Through online and with social media outreach
- With educational outreach in markets across the nation
- Supporting national efforts such as National Nuclear Science Week
To connect organizations that promote understanding of nuclear energy and the role nuclear power can play in the energy future of our country.
