Entergy is the operator of the second largest nuclear power fleet in the United States and the eighth largest in the world. As such, we believe that now is the time to be telling the story of how nuclear-produced electricity supports our nation’s energy independence goals and is an important source of clean, safe and base load electricity for our citizens.

The Energy Solutions Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of science, math and engineering education. With Entergy, the Energy Solutions Foundation is distributing a nuclear science curriculum called Power Path to Nuclear Energy to schools across the country at no charge.

The National Museum for Nuclear Science and History, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the nation’s only congressionally chartered museum in its field and an intriguing place to learn the story of the Atomic Age, from early research of nuclear development through today’s peaceful uses of nuclear technology. The Museum is a Smithsonian Affiliate member.
